The policy of Tarteel Institute for students
Assalamu alaikum brothers, and sisters, and welcome to Tarteel Institute, in your hands is the policy of Tarteel Institute, we would like to let you know that we put these rules just to organize the relationship among the administration, the teachers, and the students to help running the study easier, and smoother without obstacles, here it is:
1-If you need to cancel the class you should tell us at least 3 hours before it, to tell the teacher not to wait, and if you can tell us earlier it would be better, because if you told us late (less than 3 hours), so the student is considered as absent, which means the class is paid for the teacher.
2-If the student is absent without telling us in a prior message, the class would be counted as paid for the teacher because he/she waited for the student.
3-The teacher is responsible for waiting all the time of the class, in case the student came late, and wants to take the remaining time.
4-If the student joined the class late, he should know that the teacher will leave the class on time.
Note for clarification: each teacher has many students, and families in his schedule, and they are studying in straight times, which means the teacher finishes a class, then join another class directly, and he must join the classes on time.
5-If the teacher joined the class late, he is responsible for giving the missed minutes, whether after the current class, or in another later class, by coordinating with the student.
6- On the other side, if the teacher needs to cancel the class, he/she should tell the administration, and reschedule the class in another time.
7-If the teacher is absent without a prior cancellation message, he is responsible for giving a make-up class to the student.
8-If the student wishes to do any changing in the schedule, like increasing or decreasing the number of the classes, or changing the time duration for the class, or changing the times, and days of his schedule, he should tell the administration first to arrange this with the teacher, and record it in the system.
9-If the parents or the student desire to add another student with the same teacher, or at Tarteel Institute generally, you should contact us not the teacher.
10-It is not allowed to share your contacts, emails, or social media accounts with the teacher privately.
11-According to the plan that you choose, there will be limits for the number of classes that the student can cancel monthly as follows:
A-If your plan is 2 classes a week, so 8 classes monthly, so you can cancel only 2 classes during the month.
B-If your plan is 3 classes a week, so 12 classes monthly, so you can cancel only 3 classes during the month.
C-If your plan is 4 classes a week, so 16 classes monthly, so you can cancel only 4 classes during the month.
D-If your plan is 5 classes a week, so 20 classes monthly, so you can cancel only 5 classes during the month.
Also, the student MUST take the make-up classes instead of the cancelled ones during the same month, by arranging with the teacher, or the administration at a suitable time for both: the teacher, and the student, so the student takes and gets all his rights, and doesn’t lose any class.
12-It is not permissible for the student to cancel more than determined classes for each plan, so if he did, this means the student will lose these classes, and he/she will not get make-up classes instead of them, so please be committed.
13-Sending payment is in advance at a monthly fixed date, the parents, or the students are welcome to choose the date they prefer whether 1st, 5th, any other date, or by default it depends on the starting date after the free trial class.
14- Sometimes there is a need to adjust the policy to keep up with the new circumstances, and challenges, so it’s highly appreciated if you check it on the website from time to time.
